Get ready for July 4th weekend with this new recipe. It's perfect for a crowd and can be made with seafood or without. Paella is a Valencian rice dish with ancient roots that originated in its modern form in the mid-nineteenth century on the east coast of Spain. In this class we will make paella outside over hot coals in the most traditional way.
