Working from the book Vegetable Literacy by Deborah Madison we will be making Kale with Smoked Salt and Goat Cheese, Chive and Saffron Crepes, Toasted Millet 'Polenta' and a Carrot Almond Cake with Ricotta Cream to top it all off!
