Chef Contos will be teaching recipes from her families famous restaurant, Chez Paul! These are recipes she grew up eating and has fond memories enjoying as a young girl. Chez Paul was started by her grandfather Paul Contos and was then run by her father William Contos. Chez Paul was open for 50 years.
