Hey girls, let's get together for another night of cooking! This time we will make winter soups using local ingredients. Roasted Caribbean Squash Soup garnished with Mint Goat Cheese, Vermont Cheddar Ale Soup, and Pork Wontons Dumplings in Broth. Of course we will have to bake bread of some kind to soak up the goodness!
