Boiled cider is often used in baking but we have found that it works great drizzled over a soft aged cheese. Some other delicious uses in our kitchen have been over pork chops, tossed in wiled kale with cider vinegar, tossed with roasted root vegetable, and added to sautéed brussel sprouts.
