Paella is perfect for a crowd and may be made with seafood or without. Paella is a Valencian rice dish with ancient roots that originated in its modern form in the mid-nineteenth century on the east coast of Spain. In this class we will make paella in the most traditional way. Weather permitting we may cook outside.
