Named after Chef Contos' grandfather, Chez Paul was located at 660 North Rush Street, corner of Erie and Rush, in Chicago, IL. For 50 years the restaurant was housed in the historic McCormick mansion, serving up delicious meals, elegance, and fond memories for many in the Windy City. Over the years, Chez Paul was recognized numerous times for its excellence.
Now, Chef Contos cordially invites you to an evening celebrating Chez Paul. At this dinner, we will pay homage to the old-world excellence and new-world warmth of this historic restaurant through a luxurious menu which includes some signature dishes.
