Learn French cuisine with Chef Contos.

In this French cooking class, Chef Contos will show you how to cook a classic Parisian meal. Having grown up close to her families French restaurant, Chef Contos is well-versed in French cuisine. 

You'll learn to make some great recipes including the French classic Poulet au Vinaigre a l'Estargon, a flavorful braised chicken dish with vinegar and onions that will be served with the famous Aligot, cheesy French mashed potatoes. Then, for the dessert learn to master the art of the tart with fresh fruit and class-made pastry cream. This French dessert is an impressive dish to serve at any event. You'll leave with the knowledge to recreate the meal for your friends and family. Throw a French party or just add some new wonderful recipes to your dinner routine!
