Ever wonder how the beautiful cakes you see “Behind the Glass Case” of your favorite bakery were created? Join Michele Todd, a self-taught cake master, as she reveals the basic technology for creating a perfectly level cake, filled with something decadent and frosted to perfection! 

We will be baking a Never Fail, Rich Chocolate Cake filled with luscious Chocolate Ganache, and learning to make two classic frostings - Swiss Meringue Buttercream and Michele's Butter, Buttercream Frosting - the #1 choice of all her friends and family!  

Everyone will go home with a 6-inch cake, and their own cake-decorating kit (valued at $45).
