Nectar's co-owner's Jason Gelrud and Chris Walsh will be serving a series of pop up's in the coming months. They have been traveling, cooking, eating, and enjoying food together for over 20 years.
Now, with the explosion in the VT culinary scene...Jason and Chris feel this is the perfect time to present their dinner variations to Vermont gourmand's growing interest in regional dishes!
The first one is Southern Soul! We will be cooking up southern dishes that will have us all wanting more. This is a pop-up dinner not a cooking class but each dish will be described by chef and will be fun and interactive.
