Traditional Foods of Brittany $70

The Alliance Francaise has been around since 1902 and at some point in the early 90's Chef Contos started taking French classes with them in Chicago. Sadly her French still needs a lot of work but her French cooking has excelled!

Chef Contos has partnered with the Alliance Francaise of the Lake Champlain Region to start a series of regionally authentic French cooking classes. Join us for the first class in this enjoyable series.

First Course is still being decided 
Lotte a la sauce armoricaine (fish cooked with tomatoes and many flavors)
Far Breton (dessert with prunes baked in a crepe like batter)
