This class combines sushi roll newbies and the experienced. Learn to make perfectly seasoned sushi rice, the technique of rolling thin and inside-out rolls. This session my ingredients are inspired by the American Southwest. Think fajita, chilis, and Mexican influences! I’ll even throw in a cowboy roll for the ladies! Couples who know how to roll can choose to make a caterpillar roll. We will also play around with a sushi.
Beverage Pairing Suggestion: Mexican beer, chilled Rose.
