Teams will prepare a creamy yogurt dill dressing and a maple balsamic dressing. Then taste test a variety of possible salad ingredients, write your own recipe, and concoct your own salad. When everything has been prepared, we’ll sit down together and taste the results. Each student can then decide what they like best and write out a final salad and dressing recipe to take home.
