This class marries creative flavor and texture combinations with the art of sushi making. Students will learn to prepare perfect sushi rice and assemble exciting and fun skinny, fat, and inside-out rolls using cured fishes, grilled meats, summer bounty vegetables, and unique sauces. Make rolls using swiss chard wraps! Linda will also demonstrate and serve a smoked salmon wakame pressed rice sushi.
