What better time to enjoy making your own fresh gelato, ice cream with less fat and sugar!  Italians have been enjoying this refreshing indulgence since the 16th Century.  In this class we will learn to make a basic recipe and create several different flavors based upon seasonal fruits. This June we will make strawberry gelato and sorbet.  A special treat will be a tasting of Olive Oil Gelato.
